After the success of her last online concert during the pandemic, Magali Michaut is doing her
next show at Munganga Theater on the 24th of October, 4pm!
Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentist, finalist of the concours de la chanson Alliance Française in the Hague in 2017, Magali Michaut comes back to the Netherlands with her guitar to present to you her first album Impressionniste, which was recorded in Copenhagen, where she has been living in the last 4 years, and released on Aug 27th, 2021.
Blending together influences from classical music, French chansons and folk ballads, Magali presents strong and poetic texts and transports you into the streets of Paris and around the world. She grew up in Cergy-Pontoise, near Paris, and played violin in symphonic orchestras in Paris, Cambridge, Toronto and Amsterdam. In 2014, she debuted on the Dutch songwriter scene, performing her songs in English and French on guitar, piano and ukulele.
