Conditions For Our Events

Café / apéro conversation, CINE-cLUB, Cercle de lecture:

You have to send an email to the following address: culture@afamsterdam.nl at least before 12pm on the day of the event, if you can’t attend. If so, a credit of a value equal to the amount of the event will be granted to you so that you can pay for a future event organized by the Alliance Française Amsterdam. 

Special cultural events, such as stand up, DINNERS or concerts :

If you can’t attend a special event, you have to send an email to the following address: culture@afamsterdam.nl at least 48 hours before the start of the cultural event. If so, a credit of a value equal to the amount of the event will be granted to you so that you can pay for a future event organized by the Alliance Française Amsterdam. 

FREE events:

You have to send an email to the following address: culture@afamsterdam.nl at least 1 hour before the start of the online event if you can’t attend this event.
